Terrible service!!!

Slow service, unending headache! Spent 100s of rands of airtime and you explain your issue 10 different times to 10 different agents who cannot assist to tell us why we are unable to pick up the WiFi! Ask to be called back and they tell you straight "no". But I am spending hours on the phone waiting for someone to pick up firstly and eventually when someone does, I explain my story, run out of airtime and have to go through the whole process again. Really not a good experience yet I am a loyal customer for years! Can a manager please give me a call and resolve this issue ASAP!
