Terrible service
Telkom is charging and handing people over for services never received. We have been to different branches from November 2017 to cancel a wifi line we never had access to but got charged for it when it was never even installed! they are ridiculous and dont know what they are doing or how to cancel things. been cancelling every month from november but in June 2018 they say it was cancelled and we must pay the bill. Who pays for something they have never received and their workers do not understand that
