Terrible service

I app**** for an adsl connection on 13 Aug 2018, until now the 14 Sept 2018 it has not been installed. Today, I am getting an invoice from Telkom to pay for the service which I am still waiting for them to come and install.... this past week is been a terrible one....they were offline every time that I called them in the past 3 days.
