Terrible service

Went into Telkom Cavendish to have my number put on prepaid before it canceled but was told by Ramees and Keanan at the time that I can only do so when its canceled then I tried calling in to the store to the number that was given no answer, just to find out the the information given was wrong and that it needed to be done on the day it got canceled and not there after, and can now loose my number cause of the 2 guys that works there that either don't know what they doing or just didn't feel to do it for me when I was there on the 4/07/18 and yet there is no response from that store, terrible service and highly disappointed very upset customer!
