Terrible service

<p>I app**** for fibre with telkom 3 weeks ago (worst decision ever) I was notified a technician would come to my house on Saturday 6 May 2017. I waited the whole day the technician never came. I called them and they told me they tried to get hold of me which was a lie. They gave me another date 15 May I waited the whole day and did not go to work again the technician did not come. I called them today and they say they do not know why the tech never showed up. Now they want to give me another appointment for the 24th of June. That is utter ******* and pathetic excuses. I want my fibre to be connected asap. I should have used mweb or neotel.</p>
