Terrible Service

<p>Can I ask you guys a question? Why do you have technicians? Technicians that comes to my place, and tells me my modem isn't working because of me downloading, and because I have windows 10. For over a year I've been using windows 10, no issues, until your useless team cannot resolve the issue, so I ask again, when is my issue going to be resolved? I expect an answer, don't tell me a technician has been assigned an cannot do anything about it!</p>
