Terrible Service
I have been trying to cancel my telkom line for a month now. They keep telling me that an agent will phone me back. I'ts been 30 days I have not received a call nor can i get through to them. Terrible service. I will never recommend telkom to anyone. I am not using my telkom line and therefore need it to be cancelled. I am not going to pay for something that I am not using.
