Terrible Service
Worst service ever from Telkom Norwood Shopping Mall Branch and customer service assistant DIKETSO and VINOLIA are terrible.
I went into telkom store to purchase an instore store activated 10Gig data daytime data.
The rude consultant Diketso / VINOLIA , lacked product knowledge just to mention a few loaded etym on my prepaid account. I then asked her surely if I needed etym I would have gone to any ****za shop, why on earth would i wait for 15 min to buy etym. When I walked in the store, I expressly told her that I need 10gig day time data activated from your system to my prepaid account for R250.
She professed ignorance and sold me etym and I asked for a refund and walked out.
