Terrible Service

I sent my handset to Telkom mobile store in Clearwater Mall for repairs on the 31st of January. The promised that it will be back within 21day. It took over a month and on the second week of February I went back to the store and was told that the cellphone is not yet back from repairs. I then decided to call their repair centre and they told me that the done has been couriered back to the store and was told that the package was received and signed for by Thomas. I went back to the store and the phone was there but with no battery and back cover. They had to call their repair store and they promised to sent the remaining parts. I took me another days for me to receive my phone this time the back cover was the different size. I decided to take the cellphone because i need to use it with the battery and the store manager by the name of Maaki promised to arrange with Cyril to deliver the cover. Up until today I'm still waiting. This is so much inconvenience because the battery overheats when I use the phone because it has no cover. I asked Maaki to give me their store number so that I can communicate with her easily only to find that she gave me the call centre number. I'm so disappointed, hurt and feel inconvenienced. I only want my phone cover back.
