Terrible Service
<p>We logged a call on 31 March 2017 with regards to our business phones not working. It has been a whole month now and still nothing has been done. When you phone Telkom you are told a technician is coming out, yeah right, I wonder where they go because they defintely don't come to us. When you ask to escalte the call to higher authority you are told that you can't do it. They take us for fools and in the mean time our business is suffering because of the pathetic service that we are getting from Telkom.</p>
We are still waiting for a reply even after numerous follow up calls. One promise after the other and nothing happens. Not even the supervisor Thando can stick to his promises. He will phone us back within 1 hour and then he does in one week. Really this is ridiculous. Can we please get this problem sorted out now.
