Terrible Service

After leaving messages/enquiries on social an trying the call centre for 3 days, i am yet to get a response or manage to get through to call centre. Terrible service, but they are quick to call should you to say you miss a payment. Next time i have an enquiry I will skip a payment, good way to in-touch with them.
