Terrible service
Telkom had a May deal for wifi. Free installation & router. R299 for 6 months and R599 for the duration of the contract. I advised my husband which promotion to apply for. When he call telkom last week, the consultant told his that she doesnt know anything amd the deal and she signed him up for premiere package. I called back to query this and another consultant told me that they do have the deal and they will call my husband to change it and confirm. Weve being trying to process this application from last week and no one is willing to assist is. No consultant has called his yet. We are sitting with no wifi connection because of telkom. Unprofessional & unhelpful . It seems that they dont want to give the promotion price.

28 Jun 2020, 08:24Till now Telkom still havnt installed our wifi. We spend hours trying to get hold of them. When we do they say they unable to check on the system. My husband went to telkom yesterday and they said that its been cancelled. We where told the technician will come out last Tuesday. Waited all day and nothing. This is the worse service provider
