Terrible service
ive never had such terrible client service in my entire life. Called about my case ********** 9 Spoke to a consultant,very rude.firstly when i asked her name,she said"my name is not important". secondly she kept me on hold for morethan 15min then she denied me an opportunity to speak to her manager.
Disrespectful and *********** with no soft s****s whatsoever
