Terrible service

I ordered an asl package along with a router for review.They promised me it would be 5 to 8 days for delivery of the new router.I called telkom 3 times only to find out that the order was only put through the sytem 5 days after i actually ordered it which meant i would have to wait another additional couple of days for delivery and they kept promising me it would be delivered only to receive feedback after the 8th day that they are out of stock and the item will only be delivered after 21 days.This is terrible .I am being billed but do not have a router to use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
