Terrible service

<p>I app**** for a contract phone with Telkom mobile network and seven days later i am still without my phone. I first wanted huawei p9 lite and was told its out of stock they have samsung j7 prime in stock and i said they can give me the j7. After seven day i told them i need my phone and they told me its out of stock. I then said i want to talk to the manager and i was put on hold for over 30mins till i dropped the phone. I very dissapointed.</p>
