Terrible service

<p>Telkom were supposed to install an ADSL line but instead they could not provide the line I requested and had no solutions. They simply said we can't do it and left my premises. After installing the ADSL line that we settled on, I was notified that it was not done properly, this was 2 weeks ago and they have done nothing to fix the problem. They either have unqualified employees or simply do not care. I urge everyone to not use telkom as their service is beyond shocking.</p>
