Terrible Service!!!!

<p>I've written a review a few weeks ago and got no response as yet. This is terrible service we have been trying to cancel our line for almost 7 months now. Completed countless forms sent it through. NOTHING GETS DONE AND WE GET NO RESPONSE EACH TIME!!!! It's frustrating because we are still being billed for this line which has been off since August!. This is unacceptable! </p>
