Terrible service!!!

<p>I reinstated my contract will Telkom and was assisted by an agent who failed to explain to me everything I needed to know. Last Saturday I went into the Telkom store who then told me I could not upgrade as my contract is only 3 months old. I've been trying to get answers from the call center, but the agents are so *********** and they all have a different storie but no one really knows what's actually going on... The agents are not well trained and don't know anything. Today I was on the phone with an agent for 2hours. While I was talking to her she dropped the phone in my ears and did not call back.. I am very disappointed in the service I have been receiving from Telkom call center and would advise everyone to NOT CHOOSE TELKOM THEY ARE USELES!!! They expecting me to pay a two year contract over 4 years same amount!! </p>
