terrible service

terrible service. I called in in April and updated my banking details and was advised that it was done only to my surprise it was not. I did an eft and my bill came back stating that I still owe the money I paid in over a month ago. I spoke to Buhle Shabalala today who advised me that the systems are off line. which is the same thing that I experience every time i go to the branch
