Terrible service!!!!!

<p>I've had a contract with telkom for the past 24 months. When I was due for an upgrade Mobile talk called offering me an ungrade on behalf of telkom BUT device that was delivered was not what I had wanted!!! I cancelled and returned the package as per terms and condition. My account was debited with admin fees for cancelling the package but from September my account is being debited with different amounts everymonth. I went to the store in Northgate twice and was told that they can not assist. Today I called mobile talk again and spoke to a rude unprofessional guy by the name of Praise who first hung up when I explained my reason for calling than later said I must call after an hour cause systems are down. I GET DEBITED DIFFERENT AMOUNTS MONTHLY. WHY AM I PAYING FOR A SERVICE AM NOT EVEN USING!!TELKOM BETTA RESOLVE THIS!!!</p>
