Terrible service

<p>The last time i had internet was on the 13th of december and they said that the technition would come in to fix it between 10 and 12 working days, and its 4 days since the working days and still nothing. I've called mweb atleats 4 times and each call being over 20 min with them saying that Telkom is not answering them.</p> <p>Which led to them calling in a thrid party and still it led to nothing. ALL of this just to send in a technition and to this day still nothing has appened ,plz help :(</p>
