Terrible service!

<p>Telkom sent us an SMS to say that we have a morning appointment for a technician to instal a phone today. We called the call center this morning and waited over 20 minutes for someone to answer the call. The lady who spoke to us told us that the technician would come before 12pm. After 12pm, the technician had still not arrived and so we called the call center again only to wait over 20 minutes again. The lady who answered said that it is a full day appointment and we must wait the whole day for a technician to come help us and that she can't do anything about it. So firstly, Telkom **** to us in their SMS about the morning appointment. Secondly, they expect us to wait around all day for them to come. This is unprofessional service. People should rather get a fibre line and be rid off Telkom if this is their level of incompetence.</p>
