TERRIBLE SERVICE

In January there were some great business deals advertised with Telkom, one being the connected Office @ R548.00 per month. I went to Telkom in Alberton City to enquire and was told by the salesman I need to call Johnny - *** who seems to be a rep. I called Johnny and he came to see me and told me he would get his office to send a quote. A quote did come, but with no details of what was to be included in the package. I again called Johnny who explained that it was the same as the deal in the Telkom brochure. He told me he would come past to get the forms completed and signed. Near the end of January he did come, but there were some signatures required by the chairlady of our board which Johnny said he would go and get done . He never did. Since then, I have from time to time, called Johnny and he tells me he will come later, or tomorrow, but never comes, and the next day when I call his phone is off. Today is no exception. Johnny told me yesterday he will come to my office today, and today his phone is off. I am totally disgusted with this service. For more thank 3 months I have been trying to get this Connected Office set up, and by now, I'm sure the deal has expired
