terrible service
<p>i'm really disgusted at the terrible service you offer with such great marketing , i ordered a phone through your online service,from the start the consulatant who was assisting was unfriendly i then i spoke to Nqobile to cancell the order because of it being out of stock , she wasn't helpful either & the most annoying thing is that as i client you have to call in & ask on the progress of the order ( is that customer service ).</p> <p>i'm really annoyed & would like my money back as soon as possible so i can get service from another service provider. (ref ********** 10003)</p>

i was on a call with one of you consultant for feedback on my query ,i held on the phone for more than 45 min up until it was hanged up , the same consultant who was unable to assist me with the query Nqhobile made me hold on .....Telkom please do something about your service or i will go to speak out about this horrible service .
