Terrible service

<p>I went to the Telkom Direct store in Cape Town (CBD) spoke to Olivia Smith and all I can say is she is untrained ,unhelpfull and I do not know how Telkom can have someone like her working there . We walked in wanting to report a fault (as we did try to report it online our selfs ) she responded with an attude of she is right and the customer is wrong . What happended to going the extra mile . The last time I checked Telkom still sells DSL and not only Mobile products when did they train there staff to be only intrested in Mobile sales and no intrest in their core product . </p>
