Terrible Service

Exactly a week i logged a complaint against TelkoMobile .I took initiative and called again and i was told by Ayanda Xulu that Sabelo Nyawo will call once his done with a call.Three days later i called again because this Sabelo character was still on a call .I could over hear him telling Ayanda that she must tell that drunk client ( me ) that he wont come to the phone .The call was on 01 April - around 12:34 from Ayanda Xulu`s line .I would LOVE for management to listen to that call and hear how mistreated we are as clients by the people who are hired to service us .<br> <br> I`ve experienced nothing but rude consultants , likes of Zonke,Thandiwe,Nqobile,the list goes on.Dear TelkoMobile you are subjecting me to disgusting people that dont know what customer service is and dont appreciate their .YOUR AGENTS ARE DISGUSTINGLY RUDE AND I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT I WILL NOT BE TREATED THAT WHILE I PAY FOR A NON EXISTANT SERVICE.THAT SABELO NYAWO why is he in \leadership"position if cant lead .My experience with you has been nothing but and but a horrid experience and im still waiting for a phone and a phone call """
