Terrible service

<p>Been calling Telkom mobile for 3 months to assist with an SMS problem. To date all I get is being taken from pillar to post by *********** call centre agents. How can a case be closed without being resolved and there is no one willing to assist or resolve the problem. I think the worst part is being told continually that they will re-opened it and resolve it. Worst service and network ever. Hoping someone out here can assist me in cancelling this contract with this disgrace of a network.</p> <p> </p>
