Terrible service

<p>2 months back I took a contract from telkom in Westwood. It was a p9lite in a rose gold colour, but it has been a while and the consultant had given me the sim but I have not received the phone till now. I received a call 2 weeks back and was very rudely told by the lady that I must come today and collect the phone so I dropped everything and rushed to the store only to be told that the phone is not in stock. I am absolutely disappointed about the service and the way I was treated, this is the third contract I have with telkom and honestly I wish I was never a customer of telkom!</p>
