TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I have been begging Telkom mobile to send me my statement for the past year and 8 months. I have called the call center countless times with no avail. Sometimes even holding on for 40 minutes for someone to answer, eventually when they do they are the RUDEST people to deal with. </p> <p>When going into the Telkom store I was told that they could not email me my statements nor print them. I find it PATHETIC that you withhold statements from customers!!! </p>
