Terrible service

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>So i was at Bloemfontein telkom branch tody to cancel a softcap that was unexpected to be on my account. And i was there last month to cancel it and the lady Fila assisted me to do the cancellation but it was on my bill this month again so I visited the branch and the lady that helped me (Lola) she said that they cannot assist me to help cancel....which its really odd, so I was told to call the telkom customer service to assit with my cancellation. I even ask the person on the phone, is it possible that telkom branches cannot assist with cancellation? he rep**** saying they should be able to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Lisa</p>
