terrible service

<p>I have this query for more than 2 months now. I wanted to update my adsl package from 2 speed with 10gb to 4 speed with 40gb + 40 night. Now my problem, I requested this update over 2 months ago and its still not done. I went to Telkom store at centurion mall twice asking about the same thing and they said its hanging on the system and they will fix it, give me call on Tuesday 19/07/2016 and still to date its not done as much as I have been patient I do believe this is just beyond slow service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
