Terrible service!!

<p>i took out a contract of 2 Apple iPads with telkom in 2014 January . It's been months now since my iPads have been blocked so I took them to istore so they can unblock them however istore advised me that they will need proof of purchase which I misplaced. I went to telkom to request it and it's going to 2 months now I haven't received anything. What's worse is that they telling me that I might wait even longer just to get my contract! That is crazy! Telkom is the worst service provider. They don't even call me to update me I have to skip work to go to them all the time. Am so disappointed!! </p>
