Terrible service!

<p>ONCE AGAIN! more and more *** service from Telkom!!!! i've sent in my cancellation form the beginning of last month at the telkom store in bayside shopping centre, i've waited out my notice period and i've paid all my bills to date. I was told that my phone and ADSL line will be cancelled by the 5th of July 2016. It's the 6th today - Telkom is nowhere to be seen, no confirmation calls, no notifications WHATSOEVER! Turns out that there is no trace of me ever sending my cancellation form!!! THE SERVICE FROM YOU IS **********!!!!! I want my services cancelled TODAY!! i am NOT waiting another day and i most certainly will NOT pay you another cent for the mistakes that YOU made. Hopefully someone with knowledge of the internal works of telkom can contact me to get this sorted. I am really shocked to be honest!</p>
