Terrible Service

<p>Upgrade mobile handset from Samsung to iPhone device on Monday 30th May 2016. With the assistant claiming that if there is a fault with the device within 7 days they (the store) would exchange the handset no questions asked.</p> <p>#1 the staff members of the telkom store in the lakeside mall are horrid to say the least. Not friendly, not helpful and when asked a question, the lady that was assisting me flat out ignored my question. I stood in a queue for 40 minutes and when I eventually got to the counter stood for another 65 minutes. </p> <p>#2 the details of my complaint was not heard and the woman that was helping me disappeared into the "office" a number of times with no letting me know what she was doing. </p> <p>#3 I was given the phone to explain to the rep for said store to explain my problem... The iPhone within a week has switched off 3 times and takes a few hours to switch itself back. The slide screen does not swipe, I cannot switch the wifi on. I was told that the week old phone needs its software upgraded, I asked the rep how is one meant to do the upgrade if I cannot switch the phone on? Oh yes was the response. After backwards and forwards I was told it was up to the managers discretion... Another delay and I was told hat the manager is not there..</p> <p>#4 I was told to come back 2 days, I find this applauling... If a brand new phone has a "guarantee" then if it's a technical issue why is the phone not swopped out as instructed.</p> <p>iPhone rep no help at all, shop is disgraceful</p>
