TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I am extremely frustrated by the service recieved by Telkom

I have a line which is only able to recieve calls and unable to make out going calls yet every month i am billed for calls i have not made i have tried addressing this issue several times and logged countless faults the technicians come and confirm that i cant make calls and there is a error yet i am billed!!!

Above that i pay the account as i have wifi which is crucial to the running of my business once settling the entire amount my next invoice has outstanding balances on top my new monthly amount

I am receiving no assistance or a way forward!!!!!!!!
