Terrible Service

As a new customer I am disgusted at the level of service i have just received. I made a application online for the Wireless LTE and could not take the consultants call as i was driving. I did however ask if she would call back and she said "no problem". However i never received the return call. Instead i received an email to say that a consultant could not contact me and that i should reapply. I have tried several times to reapply but i get the same message " You have already app****". I have tried calling the sales numbers/call centre numbers with even worse luck as i am bounced around until no can assist. i have given 3 people my details, and was told each time that it will be escalated. Im still waiting for the first escalation to be resolved. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!Not to mention frustrating!!!!!! Sahil Dookhi ***
