Terrible service

I have been on the phone to telkom for the past 12 days trying to get the land line and ADSL reconnected. What a joke and they call this a business. After phoning everyday and getting different reference numbers I am told today that there has not even been a technician assigned to the fault, yet previously been told they are working on it. Also was told by the supervisor that I must remember that there were public holidays and he is sure that I don't work on public holidays either. Really this is a 24 hour company. How do people operate with service like this.
