Terrible Service

I would never recommended you to anyone, your service is pathetic and your staff and managers lacks customer service and skills required to perform their duties.

I had to cellphone contract with Telkom where I took iPhone 14 pro max and I phone 14 pro.

I lost my I phone 14 pro max in June and called on to cancel and settle the balance outstanding they told me to pay R9450 of which I did one week later I received an email saying my that my services have been suspended due to missed payment I then called in to enquire and I was told that the I phone 14 pro max is active the only phone that is canceled is 14 pro😡I then explained to the consultant who said she will sort it out weeks went by I called K to follow up I was told to go to store I went to I store they told me they can't assist Telkom as the service provider must assist.

That month I was billed R1949 instead of R1299 fir the pro max, I called in in August and spoke to the Manager whom e spent closed to an hour trying to fix the issue and eventually confirmed it has been sorted coned end of September I will be billed R550 as I was over billed in August.

Because I did not belive what the manager had told me I then decided to follow up after a week to see if indeed the matter has been fixed only to find that it was not fixed that clueless manager was simply waisting my time and the lady whome I spoke yk assured me that she will fix it again we spent another 30 mins

A week later I then decided to proceed to the tire as I gad already wasted 10 weeks trying to solve this issue, the store then sent an email to the billing department and told me to wait gif the call and indeed I receive a call last week Monday from thus lady who said the issue will be resolved in 3 days, we are now almost 2 weeks the matter is still not resolved. I called the call Centre today and they ckngirmef that both cellphone are canceled instead of one being the iPhone 14 pro Max I'm exhausted and want nothing to do with this company further more I've been listed as a slow payer simply because if your stupidity
