Terrible Service

I have been trying to cancel my Telkom landline for a few weeks now, with no luck. Your can't reach anyone via the landline numbers. I have also emailed a few people in the Telkom offices with a completed cancellation letter but no ones responds. This is unacceptable. It can't take weeks for someone from that department to respond. It is extremely difficult to simple cancel my telkom landline. This is my second horrible experience with Telkom. The service received by Telkom is terrible.
