Terrible service

I got billed an incorrect amount, I called your call centre and waiting for 8min for someone to answer I get Sipho who then put me on hold for 5min, call cut and I was never called back even though he asked for my number as part of your checks, I need someone to tell me why I got charged an incorrect amount!
