Terrible serive from Telkom

<p>On the 7th July a HUAWEI B315 rooter was delivered at my house. I was told the SIM would be activated within 24hours but til today the device does not work. Mondo could not pick up my name on the system and yet they are the ones who sold me the device over the phone. I have been transferred from call centre to call centre no one is able to resolve the issue, Honestly no body cares and yet Telkom and Mondo have debited my bank account. I want my money back and come and collect your stupid device ASAP. Telkom is deceing customers, the HUAWEI LTE B315 device does not work, Telkom is *****ing money from customers. Not a single person from Telkom knows how this thing is supposed to work and yet they are busy promoting it telling lies, stupid lies. When the product was sold to me I was promised 10GB at day time and 5GB at night time and yet I received an e-mail yesterday saying they are giving me 5GB at day time and 5GB at night time. That is not how this product was sold to me. Telkom is ****, the **** thing doesn't even work, there no connection to the network for how many days now.</p>
