Terrible serice from Telkom

Account in arrears yet a debit order went off. Spoke to a sales person from Telkom Mobile on Monday and he had assured me that my account is not in arrears even though I receive a daily sms about my account being unpaid. I have left numerous messages on the websites "customer service" portal, but no response.
