Terrible sales experience

App**** for an online exclusive Easter special on Thursday evening 18 April 2019. Someone contacts me today (23 April 2019) apologising for the late response as nobody was working over the easter weekend, just to tell me they are out of stock for the phone I want and tries to sell me a lower specced phone at a higher monthly rate!!!! Why do you have an online exclusive sale only available for easter weekend yet no one available to fulfil the sale? Your stores were open over the weekend as I walked past two of them at two different locations on two different days over the weekend. Why are you advertising products that are out of stock???
