Terrible rude service

So this morning i called Telkom to move my Fiber as i sold my house, the consultant by the name of Hlengiwe Makhanya gave such a terrible service, she was coughting on my ear, rude, no care for the world. She kept on shouting that i should remove her from Speaker. I am not even sure my line will be moved

She adviced that i cancel my Line 10 days before i move meaning i will be without services for more that 10 days until they reinstall at my new place. How accurate is this? My Ref numbe is 279462
