Terrible Ping Local & Europe from 4pm-11:30pm

This has been going on for months now.. but recently its been getting even worse than before!! in the evenings my ping is dismal.. it jumps between 400ms-700ms international (europe) and 200 Local. ive tried some tracerts as well and the ping is high right at the start (as its gets to the exchange).<br> <br> Last week Thursday my international ping is over 1000ms in the evening.<br> <br> Dont know what the issue is ,but honestly this is a joke... my ping used to be fine (180ms international and about 20ms local) in January this year and then around Feb things started to get bad...<br> <br> I would like a response explaining what the issue is and when it will be fixed!<br> <br> Thank you <br> <br> Marcio
