Terrible Payment System
Telkom Service is terrible regarding payments .They create online payments that are meant to reflect immediately .When you try linking your account and making payments so that your account paid to avoid them cutting you off you receive an error from their payment site . It seems that this is something that Telkom likes doing as they gain from a reconnection fee. I am very disappointed as in July I had the same problem where I paid my bill before line could be suspended in store however was still billed a reconnection fee. You guys are ever to quick to disconnect a line maybe you should put in an effort to sort your connection as if its not continued buffering its no connection. I am extremely disappointed and would like someone to get back to me as I have proof of attempting payment and receiving error.I will not be liable for connection fees from Telkom.

01 Oct 2019, 13:21And further more not to forget I asked them last month to debit my account which they didn't and then this month I receive a higher bill for the 2months .Telkom really needs to get their act together. Awaiting your response to resolve this issue as I will not be liable for any extra costs

02 Oct 2019, 09:36So I contacted you again yesterday Telkom paid my bill by the due date provided on my Invoice .My line was still active. However late last night after my payment was made you cut my line.
I asked for the agent to have a manager contact me yesterday and till now no response .I have saved all the chats between the agent and myself including all the errors from your payment site which I tried making payment through the day before and again yesterday morning.
I will not be liable for a reconnection fee as the faults were on your billing side where when you introduced the debit order system last month I contacted you to change to the debit order facility which was not done then my bill was added with the new month and sent through to me with payment due date by the 1st .Since the 30th of last month I tried your payment site to make payment which failed to link my account at 1st then to make payment to the linked account which I had to continuosly try to get linked. Now even though my account was paid by the due date using your external payment options through Pick n pay my line was suspended last night. I will not be liable for a reconnection fee and would like this matter resolved asap.This is very poor service from Telkom and I am the point of now considering cancelling with you and moving over to another service provider.
