TERRIBLE PATHETIC TELKOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most pathetic service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!Most pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!! We have requested for a line to be moved to a different address that we have move to. We spoke to 5 call center consultants. None of which told my husband and I the same procedure that we need to follow for the reconnection to be done Noxolo. Siphesihle and Moleboheng promised to call us back. To date no call, no feedback, no follow up....NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
