Terrible online service!!!

Telkom online service is totaly up to ****!! First i wait more than a month for a contract phone to arrive, excuses are their systems are always offline or they have not sent it to the couries yet there is no stock. When i finaly get through to them and their system is finaly online i decided to cancel the order which was put through from one of the telliesales ladies, so today they decided to send me the phone, do you not check your systems???!! All i want is my money back for a phone i waited more than a month for !!!!
