TERRIBLE Online Sales. NO order received yet paid and approved!

Ordered a new contract early December via online sale application. Approved, Account debited and no product dispatched.

This is extremely frustrating, numerous calls, numerous escalations yet I still cannot speak to someone that can actually get my order to leave the warehouse yet my account is debit.

Call center is great but I feel sorry for them as they must take the brunt of unhappy customers and cannot transfer you to the department or Manager to get your order out even after numerous escalations.

It's a month and later and want my order...terrible online service sales.
