Terrible online experience with Telkom Mobile

I placed an order online during the Black Friday deal. I received an sms on the 4th of December stating that there is a high demand and consultants are busy but they will be in contact shortly. I have still not gotten any feedback in regards to my upgrade. I went into a Telkom mobile store and I was told that they could not help me as it was an online sale. I called the called center and they said it will be delivered soon (The call center charged me for the call and I had to wait 30 minutes before I was put through to a consultant!). It has been over a month now and I still have not received my delivery or any feedback from Telkom Mobile. The online service from Telkom Mobile is terrible.
